November 6, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda Item #29 Title APPROVAL OF DELETION FOR DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS #10, #18, #58, #71 & #72 AT SARASOTA COUNTY TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (S.C.T.I.) Description The specified buildings are one-story buildings that are in the path of construction for the Technical High School and will not be replaced by new structures at this time.  The demolition value of these buildings has been proven by the Castaldi formula calculation.  Building #26 is included in this Castaldi formula calculation but was deleted from inventory by previous Board action on 9/18/2007 (Item #35).  Funds for this demolition are available in the capital projects account. Recommendation That the deletion of Buildings #10, #18, #58, #71 & #72 at S.C.T.I. from the F.I.S.H. inventory for demolition be approved as presented.
